Artikulo Onse Leaders Condemn Marcos Admin for Typhoon Tino Scandal, Demand Real Accountability

During the November 7, 2025 press conference, Artikulo Onse — composed of labor and civic leaders like Leody de Guzman, Luke Espiritu, Rovik Obanil, and Elle Bartolome — denounced the Marcos administration and the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) over alleged corruption tied to Typhoon Tino’s devastation.

The coalition declared that Filipinos deserve justice, not empty calls for unity, as they push forward with the “11 Days of Protest Against Corruption” culminating in the Bonifacio Day demonstration in Mendiola. Artikulo Onse emphasized that real change can only happen through transparency, accountability, and the people’s collective will.
