Artikulo 11 | Marcos Government Over Corruption, Disaster Neglect, and Poverty Crisis
In a powerful statement, Artikulo 11 condemned the Marcos administration for widespread corruption, incompetence, and lack of accountability amid recurring disasters and deepening poverty. The coalition called for a People’s Tribunal to investigate corruption in flood control projects, classroom shortages, and budget misuse, criticizing the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) as a political tool lacking real accountability.
