Manila Mayor Isko Moreno and Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna watched with employees and visitors a Dragon Dance show at the Manila City Hall Quadrangle welcoming the Chinese New Year (Lunar Year of the Metal Rat). Afterwhich, the city’s top executives lighted red incense sticks for luck and gifted “Ampaw” the group of Dragon Dancers that performed.
