MANILA, Philippines — Quiapo Church official Monsignor Hernando Coronel on Sunday said an investigation will be conducted to address complaints regarding this year’s foot procession of the Black Nazarene or the Traslacion.

Coronel, Rector of Quiapo Church, said every year is a learning experience but most of the time there is room for improvement.

“We will listen to all of them. It is a learning experience for all of us. What is applicable, we could apply. What is not we have to learn from that,” he said in a statement issued.

Quiapo Church officials said this year’s “traslacion” was the “fastest and the most orderly” so far but said they will assess all the complaints regarding the religious procession.
