MANILA, Philippines – A foreigner had died when fire broke out at the Legaspi Tower on Roxas Boulevard in Manila on Saturday afternoon.

Sketchy reports said the fire had reached the fourth alarm by Saturday evening.

However, a foreigner who jumped off the 8th floor of the burning building was confirmed to have died.

Identity and nationality of the victim was still being confirmed by investigators.
