Manila Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna leads the wreath-laying ceremony in honor of National Hero Gat. Jose Rizal at the Rizal Monument, Luneta Manila Tuesday.

The tribute was also attended by members of the diplomatic community led by former president of South Africa  Kgalema MoTienthe, Guaemalan Ambassador Marlo Bucaro, Belgium Ambassador Patrick De Beyter,  and several famous doctors of education and professors from different parts of the globe.
