Kilusang Pagbabago chairwoman Monalie Dizon shows mediamen a copy of the graft charges she filed before the Office of the Ombudsman Tuesday against Commissioner Greco Belgica of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission.
According to Dizon, the Kilusan filed the complaint against Belgica at the Ombudsman as he “had no business” at a recent NBI raid against two certain BIR officials. Belgica’s action she said, simply violates laws on usurpation of authority and official functions punishable under R.A.3019 and the revised Penal Code. (Benjamin Cuaresma/IAMIGO/CNS)
