Acting on orders of Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra to investigate the alleged entry prostitutes in the country from Mainland China catering to Chinese workers of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs), the National Bureau of Investigation’s Anti-Organized and Transnational Crime Division arrested three alleged ring leaders in an entrapment operation in Pasay City.

Arrested in a hotel in Pasay were Liang Feng, Lu Fu Xing, and Chen Xun Bo. The three were all presented to the media on Friday, 15 November 2019, clad in yellow t-shirts. (BENJIE CUARESMA/IAMIGO/CNS)
