PH, Indian Navies holds Joint Patrols

The Philippine Navy together with the Indian Navy held a joint patrol within the West Philippine Sea this monday August 4.
A series of clashes against the aggressive China with its illegal claims which are condemned by countries such as the United States of America, Japan, Australia and other nations supported the rights of the Philippines, and for the rule of law. India also shares the problem of an aggressive China, as border clashes has been reported.
As tensions mounted in the Indo-Pacific Region, The Philippines and India seeks to strengthen their defense alliance such as buying Indian made Brahmos supersonic missiles which has a top speed of 3,450 kilometers (2,140 miles) per hour.
A meeting between President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set as the two World Leaders looks for a closer and stronger alliance.
President Marcos Jr. is expected to sign pacts in such fields as law, culture, technology, and a potential defense agreement.
