Manila City and Quezon City Declares State of Calamity

Due to the ongoing heavy rains that causes floods in Metro Manila, State of Calamity has been declared for Manila City and Quezon City.
In a Facebook Live, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno declared that the Capital City is in a State of Calamity.
“May Gobyerno sa lungson ng Maynila” as stated by Moreno.
Quezon City was declared in a State of Calamity, which was approved by the City Council according to a Facebook Post of Congressman Alfred Vargas.
Malacañang Palace already announced the suspension of classes and Government offices for July 23.
