Super Typhoon na si Ofel: Signal No. 5 Itinaas sa Cagayan

NEWSFLASH

Naitala ang pagtaas ng babala sa Signal No. 5 sa Northeastern Cagayan habang si Super Typhoon Ofel ay patuloy na lumalakas ngayong Nobyembre 14, 2024. Ayon sa mga ulat mula sa Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), si Ofel ay nagdudulot ng malalakas na hangin at matinding pag-ulan sa rehiyon, na may banta ng malawakang pagbaha at landslide sa mga mabababang lugar. Sa kasalukuyan, ipinagbabawal na ang pagbiyahe sa mga apektadong lugar upang maiwasan ang aksidente. Ang mga residente ay pinaalalahanang maghanda at sundin ang mga abiso ng lokal na pamahalaan.
