Oil price rollback on Tuesday

OIL companies said that prices for petroleum products will be reduced on Tuesday.

They are expected to roll back pump prices following three straight weeks of increases for both gasoline and kerosene.

In separate advisories, Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corp. and Seaoil Philippines Corp. made an announcement to which they cut down prices per liter of gasoline by P1.40, diesel by P0.70, and kerosene by P0.20.

Meanwhile, Cleanfuel and Petro Gazz will also implement the same changes.

However, they are not carrying kerosene.

The will take effect at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, April 25, for all the firms except for Cleanfuel which will adjust prices at 12:01 a.m. the same day.
