The break in by the mob at Capitol Hill while members of Congress were debating on agreeing or not in the motion to object the Arizona electoral vote was an “insurrection”, as described by President-elect Joe Biden.
Biden issued a statement shortly after the deafening silence by US President Donald Trump. Trump’s tweets had been disabled but not after he urged people to express their disgusts over alleged electoral fraud committed in the past presidential elections.
While Biden described it as an insurrection, most, like most CNN analysts, say the break-in was a “coup” abated by the recent tweets of Trump, his son and lawyer Guillanni.
Those acts by the president, says several analysts could provoke some to move for his immediate removal shortly after Congress certifies Biden’s win.
