Manila Mayor Isko Moreno received a rare “Kawangis ni Gat Andres Bonifacio” accolade during the 119^th Anniversary of the Manila Police District (MPD) on Wednesday, 29 January 2020. Moreno received the citation and a miniature statue of Gat. Andres Bonifacio from NCRPO chief Debold Sinas at the MPD quadrangle following the trooping of the lane rites led by MPD Director Brig. Gen. Bernabe Balba.
