MANILA, Philippines – Government lawyers are allegedly all set to ask the Supreme Court (SC) to revoke the legislative franchise of ABS-CBN media network.
Unimpeachable sources said the Office of the Solicitor General (OSG) will file the case before the high court next week.
It was gathered the OSG has already finished a draft petition and the case is expected to be filed on Thursday.
The same source also claimed a petition for quo warranto is expected to be lodged before the Supreme Court.
