Pagasa removes all tropical cyclone signals

MANILA, Philippines — Pagasa has removed all tropical cyclone wind signals in connection with typhoon Tisoy.

According to Pagasa forecaster Chris Perez, the storm center was last seen 290 km southwest of Subic, Zambales.

It is now moving west-northwest at a speed of 15 kph.

It has winds of up to 95 kph and down to 115 kph.

Despite this, Pagasa continues to warn Northern and Central Luzon residents to prepare for rain and floods due to the isolated thunderstorm and breeze existence. (Marian Sinamban/IAMIGO/CNS)
