Manila Disaster Risk Reduction personnel find themselves in the thick of things processing names of hundreds of residents and their families in Baseco Compund in Isla Puting Bato, near Manila North Harbor where a forced evacuation was implemented by authorities Tuesday (03 December 2019) as preemptive measure against typhoon Tisoy’s impending landfall on Wednesday.
