Members of the Manila Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office (MDRRMO ) evacuate Tuesday (03 December 2019) a total of 86 families dangerously living along coastal villages in Isla Puting Bato. Manila Mayor Isko Moreno Domagozo accordingly ordered the preemptive evacuation of the said residents from their house that sits along Manila Bay near the Manila North Harbor amid a clear and present danger posed by typhoon “Tisoy” which is expected to make a land fall Wednesday in Metro Manila.
