Bureau of Internal Revenue Deputy Commissioner Arnel Guballa and Department of Finance Undersecretary Tony Lambino teamed-up in closing down 11 branches of Philippine Offshore Gaming Operations (POGO) at Macapagal Boulevard, Paranaque City on Wednesday, 27 November 2019.
