(20 November 2019) at the Alonte Sports Stadium in Binan, Laguna.

It was the very first victory by the Victory Liner-backed Supremos in three outings with the Sardines who extended their losing skid to four and 15th debacle overall in 20 games.

The John Kallos-mentored Supremos, meantime, improved to 14-9 with their third straight win in a row that come closest to getting stolen again by Navotas had not Caloocan stood its ground down the line.

Current PH sent a message to Supremos coach Kallos for comment but the former Adamson U mentor failed to do so at this writing Wednesday morning.

In their previous two meetings particularly last June 6, 2018 and March 8, 2018; it was all Navotas’ way, winning: 59-55 and 66-56, respectively.

But time changed and Caloocan Victory Liner appeared more determined to win it.

Paul Sanga emerged as the best player in the game. He led the victorious Victory Liner squad with 18 points and one assist. He was five of 10 in field goals. (IAMIGO/CNS)
