Passengers stranded at NAIA going to Japan

Thousands of passengers bound for Japan are stranded at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay City. Flights to Japan remain suspended as of 4 p.m. Sunday, 13 October 2019 owing to super typhoon Hagibis which ravaged the main island of Tokyo. At press time Sunday, 11 fatalities were recorded while 140 injured in what could be the worst typhoon to visit Japan in years. (Mike Taboy/BCuaresma/IAmigo/CNS)
