BIÑAN, Laguna, June 29, 2026— P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin (P.A. Hankyu) celebrated its ninth anniversary by reaffirming its commitment to building quality homes, expanding sustainable communities, and creating long-term social impact for Filipino families.
The company marked the milestone during its anniversary celebration on June 11 in Biñan, Laguna under the theme “Giving Value Forward @ 9: Sustaining Partnerships, Communities, and Impact.”
P.A. Hankyu was established through the strategic partnership between P.A. Alvarez Properties and Development Corporation (P.A. Properties) and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. Since its formation, the joint venture has expanded its residential developments across Southern Luzon, providing housing opportunities to thousands of Filipino families.
The partnership began with the development of Idesia Dasmariñas Phase 1 in Cavite and has since grown to include projects in Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Bulacan.
P.A. Properties Director Lawrenz Joseph Z. Alvarez said the company’s continued growth has been anchored on trust, shared values, and a long-term commitment to sustainability.
“As we look ahead, sustainability will continue to be an important part of how we operate, how we build communities, and how we define success. We want to create developments that endure, relationships that last, and programs that generate meaningful impact beyond our organization,” Alvarez said.
Representing Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., Vice President Asa Toda described the nearly decade-long collaboration as one built on mutual respect and shared purpose.
“Our partnership is built on trust, respect, and shared values. This strong foundation has helped us overcome challenges on the road together,” Toda said.
She added that the Japanese developer remains committed to pursuing new residential projects with P.A. Properties.
“We are excited about the new projects and communities we will build together. We believe the best years of our partnership are still ahead of us,” she said.
The company also announced plans to continue expanding its footprint through upcoming developments in Inosluban, Lipa City, Batangas, and Alaminos, Laguna, as part of its next phase of growth across Luzon and Metro Manila.
Beyond property development, P.A. Hankyu highlighted its continued focus on corporate social responsibility.
As part of its anniversary celebration, the company launched the “Giving Value Forward @ 9″campaign, encouraging employees and partners to donate school supplies and other essential items for the students and faculty of Magsaysay Elementary School in San Pedro, Laguna.
The donations were formally turned over on June 11, underscoring the company’s advocacy for volunteerism, environmental responsibility through reuse initiatives, and community engagement.
P.A. Properties President and Chief Executive Officer Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz said meaningful progress extends beyond constructing residential communities.
“By choosing to reuse, to share, and to give, we extend value beyond ourselves and create a positive impact on others. Through this initiative, we demonstrate that progress is most meaningful when it is shared,” Lina-Cruz said.
As P.A. Hankyu enters its tenth year, the company said it remains focused on delivering quality housing while strengthening partnerships, promoting innovation, and contributing to nation-building through sustainable community development.
