For refusing to answer the identity of the person threatening her with death, Alice Guo, a.k.a. Gua Hua Ping, has been meted another contempt charge by the Senate Committee on Women, children, family relations, and gender equality. This is during the hearing on the POGO operations.

Senator Hontiveros charged Guo with refusing to answer several senators’ questions. While asking her to answer, Hontiveros also cited her for lying repeatedly before the committee members.

After a brief respite, the senators again asked her several questions. Eventually, Guo gave the senators a piece of paper identifying the person who reportedly threatened her with death or harm.

Guo said that this person, whom she identified, reportedly asked her to flee the country. Senator Jinggoy Estrada presumed that Guo left the country under duress.

Question–what is the interests of this person? Who is Alice Guo’s Big Boss?

Guo denies that she is involved in the POGO business.
