President Marcos Pushes for Plebiscite: Duterte flip flops

President Ferdinand Marcos Junior urges the Commission on Elections to consider holding a plebiscite in conjunction with the 2025 national and local elections. Comelec chairman George Garcia agrees as it will save money. Meanwhile, former president Rodrigo Roa Duterte again flip-flops saying he’s now in favor of changes to the economic provisions of the 1987 Constitution.
