Da Who! PERSON BLAMED FOR FUNDS MESS, LOST PBBM CABINET APPOINTMENT

on

This person is very close to the re-instituted powers in Malacanan and is sure of being appointed to a major cabinet post. However, lo and behold! Her name was included in the list of those who reportedly facilitated this billion peso funding mess involving contributions of millions of working Filipinos. To be fair to this person, she tried to fix the problem, but now it has become sooooooo big, soon, everyone will know about this evil canard. As they say, you can’t hide a secret in the Philippines.

And I am referring to…………a. 🙂

Industry sources reveal that this person is the anointed one of the big syndicates operating in this field. She has facilitated numerous transactions there and is quite good, in fact, the best in hiding kickbacks for the upper echelons of the syndicate. She loves touring, and that explains why she is so close to the kusina at this point.

When informed that the president had approved her nomination, an intel report singled her as the brains behind this funds mess. As a source shared, her benefactor got the scare of her life. Para daw di alam ni madame that her close friend happened to be bigger and larger than Napoles, except that, of course, Napoles toyed with ghosts; this one toys with life extenders.

I further checked and found out that, to be fair to this person, there are other persons involved in this anomaly, one a couple of known government contractors who claim Blue Ridge as their domicile.

Anyway, what happened? Her papers reportedly were withdrawn. A source says it was put to the shredder, para walang ebidensya. True kaya, Secretary Garafil? Or you don’t know? Many people in Malacanang were left in the dark about this. Only a handful know.

And do you know one of those handfuls was the true brains behind this mess? Yes, they are shadowy figures very close to the kusina of the madam; their names are not what you can find in any Malacanang document. Yet, they corner the big ticket items without spending a single dime.

WHO IS THIS PERSON WHO FAILED TO SECURE A CABINET POST DUE TO A PUPUTOK NA ANOMALY VERY, VERY, SOON? AS MANG JOSE ONCE QUIPPED, ” BINASTOS KA NA SA SIBUYAS, BABASTUSIN KA PA SA GAMUTAN.”

Enough said.. DA WHO??!
