Hon. Rep. Angelina “Helen” Tan, umapela sa Department of Health para sa pantay-pantay na distribusyon ng bakuna sa COVID-19

Maraming lugar sa Pilipinas ang naapektuhan ng COVID-19 at ang iba sa mga lugar na ito ay hindi mapigilan ang pagkalat.

Ayon kay Tan, Chairperson of Community Health at isa ring doktor, dapat maging reactive imbes na preventive ang hakbang na ito ng pamahalaan.

Paliwanag pa niya na hindi pwedeng intayin munang tumaas ang bilang ng COVID-19 sa isang lugar bago paglaanan ng maraming doses ng bakuna.

Hindi kasiguruhan ang pagbaba ng bilang ng apektado ng COVID-19 kapag binakunahan na ang mga tao sa lugar na may surge dahil kailangan ay sapat na panahon para madevelop ang proteksyon mula sa bakuna.

Giit ng Kongresista na dapat equally o  pantay-pantay ang pamamahagi ng mga bakuna para ngayon pa lang ay nasisimulan na ang pagbabakuna maging sa ibang lalawigan at upang maagapan o hindi na kumalat pa ang sakit sa labas ng Metro Manila.

Matatandaan naman na inanunsyo ni Vaccine Czar Carlito Galvez Jr. na nasa 70 Million doses naman ng bakuna ang parating ngayong buwan at sa darating na Agosto.
