Ulysses may become tropical storm tonight

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical Astronomical Scientific Administration or PAGASA says that tropical storm Ulysses may intensify and become a typhoon tomorrow morning.

Signal no. 1 remains in CALABARZON, the Bicol region, and Eastern Visayas.
