The Department of Health (DOH) on Friday reported an increase of 119 new positive cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the Philippines, now with a total of 4,195.
“As of 4PM today, the Department of Health reports 119 new cases (PH4,077-PH4,195) of COVID-19.
Total number of cases in the country is now at 4,195,” said the DOH in its COVID-19 Case Bulletin #027.
The DOH also reported 18 new deaths. This brings the total number of deaths to 221.
The Health Department also announced 16 new recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 140.
