United States — The US House of Representatives has unanimously voted to oust US President Donald Trump by impeachment.
In the first article of the impeachment, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi announced a vote of 230-197 on the issue of abuse of power against Trump.
That means the 73-year-old president will face the US Senate who decides whether he should stay in his position.
Today, American lawmakers are voting on the second article of impeachment – the obstruction of Congress.
According to information, Trump was at a campaign rally in Michigan with Vice President Mike Pence, while the polls were being conducted.
Trump is the third president in American history to be impeached by their House of Representatives.
The first two were Andrew Johnson in 1868 and Bill Clinton in 1998. (Marian Sinamban/IAMIGO/CNS)
