President Rodrigo Roa Duterte last night (November 19) warned government personnel, especially directors of departments to process documents for only three days or face the ignominy of going to Malacanan and be fed to the “tilapia” of the Pasig river.
The warning came during a late night emergency press conference called by the Malacanan press office.
The president received information about inordinate delays caused by the non-completion of papers and documents by government personnel.
