MANILA, Philippines — Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray admits that she does not always feel confident but on Thursday (07 November 2019) she went bare-faced by posting a photo of herself without any makeup on to show about self-love as a “journey worth taking.”
Gray posted a photo of herself, stripped of makeup on her official FB account.
“This is the skin I wake up every day. I love playing with makeup and being glam, but I’ve also grown to love the skin I wake up in acne scars, moles and all,” Gray wrote as her photo caption.
“I too have days where I don’t feel confident, or my insecurities are louder…but that’s okay. Loving yourself as you are is a journey, but it’s a journey worth taking,” she added.
Many netizens and celebrities who complimented her includes fellow beauty queens saying she looks beautiful with or without make-up on.
