A former Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) is now in critical condition at a hospital after her boyfriend mauled her nearly to death in Santa Ana Manila.

A bloodied Danica Nunez was discovered by her younger sister sprawled on the floor after sustaining a crack skull caused by a heavy blunt of a metal rod committed by her live-in partner, a certain Ryker Grieco Shafer.

Based on the testimony of her sister, Danielle, she found her sister in critical condition after the mauling of Shafer. The victim had reportedly severed her relationship with Shafer after she discovered him with his alleged paramour inside their rented apartment.

Shafer, according to Danielle, is a confirmed drug dependent.

Shafer is now on the loose allegedly enjoying the protection of his friends and relatives.

Staffers of TV5 host Raffy Tulfo assisted Danielle Nunez in filing frustrated homicide and grave physical injuries against Shafer.
