When you ride a Victory Liner bus either going to and fro Baguio, or as fa as Cagayan or Isabela, trust them to get you there the way European buses do.

And why is that? The ISO certification body based in Geneva Switzerland has just given Victory Liner’s Maintenance department in Kalayaan, the most trusted bus services brand in the Philippines, the most coveted ISO 9001:2015 certification.

By having this award, the Maintenance shop of Victory Liner becomes only one in the Philippines who belongs to a select few transport companies compliant with global standards approved by 170 countries.

VICTORY LINER INC MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT—KALAYAAN SHOP is now ISO 9001:2015 certified with Mr. Bernabe M. Hernandez Jr (seated in the middle eighth place from the left). Engr. Brix A. Macalinao, Shop superintendent seated on the lefty side of Mr. Hernandez together with other maintenance officers dressed in Polo Grey and Maintenance mechanics in yellow.

“ We are deeply honored to be one of a select few bus companies certified as globally compliant by the ISO. This is our gift to the Filipino people, a testament that our more than seventy five year’s of tireless hardwork has definitely paid off,” says Marivic H. Del Pilar, vice president for Finance and Marketing. By certifying Victory liner, commuters are assured of getting consistent, good quality products and services which invariably brings many business benefits.

ISO 9001:2015 is a globally recognized criteria for quality management system by over 1 million companies and organizations in over 170 countries. Based on a number of quality management principles including strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, process approach and continual improvement.

Del Pilar thanks the company’s highly efficient engineering and management team led by Engineer Brix Macalinao in ensuring that their Caloocan bus terminal satisfies all the requirements to be considered as one of the world’s best in bus services.
