MANILA, Philippines** — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s net satisfaction rating improved to -7 in June 2026, up from -15 recorded in March, according to the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey.

The June survey found that 46 percent of adult Filipinos were satisfied with the President’s performance, while 39 percent were dissatisfied and 15 percent remained undecided. The resulting -7 net satisfaction rating (satisfied minus dissatisfied) falls under the SWS classification of “neutral.”

The latest result marks an eight-point improvement from the President’s record-low rating in the first quarter of 2026, although it remains below positive territory. According to SWS, the increase reflects gains across all major geographic areas of the country.

Regionally, President Marcos posted his highest net satisfaction rating in Balance Luzon at +11, while ratings stood at -3 in the Visayas, -24 in Metro Manila, and -35 in Mindanao.

The survey results indicate a modest recovery in public sentiment following the sharp decline recorded in March, when the President’s net satisfaction reached its lowest level since he assumed office in 2022.

Social Weather Stations regularly conducts nationwide public opinion surveys to measure Filipinos’ satisfaction with the performance of key government officials.
