The Supreme Court has confirmed that the House of Representatives have submitted a “Motion for Reconsideration” about the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte.

According to Supreme Court Spokesperson Atty. Camille Sue Mae Ting, the motion was sent via eCourt PH or e-filing. As stated in the guidelines, the court awaits for a physical copy.

“Good afternoon. We confirm that the House of Representatives submitted a Motion for Reconsideration via eCourt PH in G.R. No. 278353 (Duterte v. HOR). We are still waiting for the hard copy of the MR, in accordance with the Guidelines on the Transition to Electronic Filing in the Supreme Court”. Atty. Camille Sue Mae Ting said.
