RED Fiber, the home broadband internet service of Meralco subsidiary Radius Telecoms, Inc., has introduced a new fiber internet product that empowers customers with flexibility—free from the monthly reminder of service fees.
In a statement, the company said that customers who need fast and stable internet access for a short period of time can take advantage of the convenience that comes with RED Fiber On Demand, which offers renewable short-term plans for 1 day, 7 days, 14 days, and 1 month.
Once the plan expires, customers can just easily top up at their own convenience via the RED Fiber customer dashboard.
The statement said entrepreneurs offering short-term rentals, and even lessees or tenants with short-term lease contracts can take advantage of the opportunity to avail of the service with plan options as low as P45 for the 35 Mbps plan and a one-time installation fee of P1,999.
Customers will get a modem and enjoy pure fiber internet connection without any lock-in periods.
Customers can opt to sign up for the connection speed that they need, whenever they need it.
They also said that as a bonus to new customers, all new RED Fiber On Demand services come with free speed boost of 100 Mbps for one month.
It stated that customers are able to choose the connection speed that will fit their need as RED Fiber offers lag-free internet connection with speeds ranging from 35 Mbps to 400Mbps.
This service is powered by Radius’ 100% fiber optic network which assures 90% service reliability to its customers.
Launched in November 2020, RED Fiber is available in select areas in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite, Rizal, Bulacan, and Cebu with service packages like Internet Only Plans and Dual Play Plans, which provide a variety of high-definition IPTV channels in partnership with CignalTV, the country’s no.1 direct-to-home satellite provider.
“Personal information, sensitive personal information, privileged/confidential information contained in this e-mail and its attachment/s is intended solely for the use of the addressee and is not meant for reproduction, disclosure and distribution to others without previous authorization from Meralco or its authorized representative,” the company said.
“If erroneously received, please do not open, delete the same from your system, and report to the Meralco Data Privacy Office.
