The Manila City government has entered into an agreement with Senti Techlabs Inc. for a streamlined “Complaints Triaging Tool” during a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held at the Mayor’s Office, Manila City Hall on Wednesday, according to the city government.
Senti is a pioneer artificial intelligence company in the Philippines specialized in digital solutions and consultancy services, the Manila Public Information Office (PIO) of the Manila City Hall said in its Facebook post.
According to the Manila PIO, this will speed up the process and transactions, it will be available on your phone, and you can track it,” Ralph Regalado, President of Senti Techlabs Inc., said.
Once relaunched, the tool will be accessed through a Google Forms link, which will be compiled and submitted directly to the Office of the Mayor.
“This will make us better in addressing our constituents’ complaints,” Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso said.
“We are dedicated in establishing a reliable grievance desk for Manilenos. With this new initiative, the public can rest assured that the Manila Public Information Office will acknowledge, investigate and respond to their concerns efficiently,” Manila City Public Information Officer Julius Leonen said after the MOA signing./STACY ANG
