Newly-appointed Philippine National Police Chief General Archie Gamboa paid a visit Wednesday (22 January 2020) at the Manila Police District (MPD ) Headquarters Quadrangle in UN Avenue, Manila.
The 23rd PNP chief was warmly welcomed and given appropriate arrival honors by MPD Director P/Brig.General Bernabe Balba (center) and NCRPO chief P/Brig.General Debold Sinas (left).
