Better late than never. Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials along with the chairpersons of Indigenous People’s Mandatory Representatives are in a festive mood as they filled up the Manila City Hall Quadrangle in Taft Ave. Manila on Tuesday, 14 January 2020.
