MANILA, Philippines – Stories on the fate of the two giant water concessionaires in Metro Manila emerged as top stories in today’s headlines of leading national dailies.

Out of the eight (8) leading broadsheets, only three touched on other equally pressing issues of the week namely evac plans for OFWs in the Middle East (Manila Bulletin), Duterte sides with US (Manila Standard) and PH dollar reserves rise to “all-time high” Business Mirror.
