Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) personnel monitor on a widescreen the long stretch on Metro Manila’s main thoroughfare Epifano Delos Santos Avenue (EDSA) of bottlenecks which oftentimes become a flashpoint of long, traffic snarl, especially during holidays.
