Suspects John Rodulf Javier Torres and Mark Anthony Gracila Recto can only glance with remorse on their “smoking hot Marijuana merchandise” disguised as tightly-wrapped sweet Smoked Ham for Christmas.

However, joint anti-drugs operatives of the Quezon City Police District and Southern Police District, adept in unmasking well-kept evidence, did just that and arrested immediately the two suspects in a buy-bust sting in front of the Department of Foreign Affairs building along Roxas Boulevard, Barangay 13, Pasay City in broad daylight Thursday.
