PH adds 4 more gold with obstacle course wins in Day 4

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Obstacle Course Racing Team bagged 3 golds in obstacle course on Wednesday morning (04 December 2019), increasing its medal haul in the 30th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games.

The Philippine team won the first gold in Day 4 for the Philippines in the 400-meter Team Assist event followed with another gold in the 400-meter relay event.

Malaysia took the silver in both events.

In the Women’s Individual, the Philippine team finished 1-2 in the 100 meter Obstacle Course Race with Rochelle Suarez grabbing the gold and Mae Tejares taking the silver.

On the Men’s side, Kevin Jeffrey Pascua bags the 4th gold medal in the Men’s Individual 100m X 10 Obstacle for the Philippines. (Lloyd Tagbago/IAMIGO/CNS)
