Samar governor dies at age 61

Manila, Philippines — Samar Vice Governor Reynolds Michael Tan has announced the passing of his mother, Governor Milagrosa Tee Tan at age 61, yesterday, Sunday (01 December 2019).

“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Governor Milagrosa Tee Tan at 7:50 p.m. today,” Reynolds’ Facebook post said.

Michael Tan’s mother died after suffering a heart attack at St. Luke’s Medical Center inside Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. (Cate Pallarco/IAMIGO/CNS)
