4 Panday Sining artists arrested for vandalism in Manila

Manila, Philippines – They’d been warned before. Now, this.

Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso announced Sunday four members of Panday Sining have been arrested for vandalism on several posts of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) Sunday (01 December 2019).

It was around 5:30 p.m. Saturday afternoon when the four suspects were arrested by law enforcers.

They were identified as Jeanne Vaugh Nico Quijano (24), who was arrested at Plaza del Carmen Street, corner of San Sebastian Street, Manila; Joven Francis Laura (24), Mikhail Collado (18), and an unnamed minor.

The suspects were all residents of Tres Marias Street, in Sampaloc, Manila according to police. (Cate Pallarco/IAMIGO/CNS)
