After confronting Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) Commissioner Greco Belgica at his office Wednesday, or just a day after filing a graft complaint with the Office of the Ombudsman, Kilusang Pagbabago chair Monalie Dizon went straight to the Manila Police District office along UN Avenue in Manila to have the incident on police blotter for her own safety. Dizon bravely confronted the commissioner at his office after Belgica called her a terrorist, prompting her family to worry about her safety and so she opted to go straight to the police station.
