MANILA, Philippines –  A sneaky fire that lasted no more than 30 minutes on Wednesday, 23 October 2019, claimed the lives of two young children in Gagalangin, Tondo this city.

Ground Commander Leopard Alpha 6 said the fire started on the second floor of a three-story apartment building at around 9:16 a.m. declared under control 9:37 a.m., and fire out two minutes later at exactly 9:37 a.m.

In all, the fire raged but for only 23 minutes but was more than enough to claim the lives of unfortunate young siblings Aliyah Raine O. Morales (9 years old) and younger sister Anastacia Marie O. Morales (18 months old).

Firemen claimed the two children were both presumed alone by themselves when fire broke out and so, in the absence of an adult to help them out, they got trapped to death in their pad at 633 B. Bulacan St., Gagalangin, Tondo, Manila.

Owner of the burnt down home was traced to a certain Marina Sia while the registered name of occupant was one Rica Marie S. Ocampo.
