MANILA, Philippines — A 67-year old radio announcer in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, was shot down by a still-unknown assailant Thursday (07 November 2019) reports said.

A block timer of Bai Radio, name of the slain announcer was one Dindo Heneroso, who reportedly on his way to work when the unnamed suspect suddenly peppered the victim with bullets inside his Hyundai Elantra car at around 7:30 a.m. in Barangay Piapi, Dumaguete City.

According to Police Captain Danilo Santillan of Dumaguete Police Station, Heneroso was hit in different parts of his body.
