MANILA, PHILIPPINES – State weather station PAGASA has, at 8 a.m. Wednesday, 06 November 2019, raised the yellow rainfall warning as heavy rains are expected to pour over Zambales due to Tropical Storm Quiel.
In one hour, 7.5 mm to 15 mm of heavy rain will be observed due to the yellow rainfall warning which can occur in the next two hours.
Flooding incidents may also occur in flood-prone areas.
Meanwhile, in Bataan, light to moderate rains are expected within the next two to three hours.
