The Department of Health on Wednesday reported an increase of 751 total positive cases for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), bringing the total to 19,748.
Of the 751, 221 are considered fresh cases and 530 late cases.
The DOH also reported an increase of 8 new fatalities, bringing the death toll to 974.
